Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 which prohibits the discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.

Requirements of the Uniform Relation Assistance and Real Property Acquisitions Act of 1970 which provides for fair and equitable treatment of persons displaced as a result of Federal or federally-assisted programs.

The provisions of the Hatch Act which limit the political activity of employees.

SHALL ANY PERSON FIND THEM SELF TO BE EXCLUDED FROM ANY FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAM OR ACTIVITY BECAUSE OF GENDER, RACE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, COLOR, DISABILITY, AGE OR POLITICAL AFFILIATION THEY MAY NOTIFY THE BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR, WHEREBY, A COMMITTEE MAY DETERMINE HOW BEST TO CONCILIATE THE SITUATION ENSURING PARTICIPATION
