Our Youth, Our Future Survey To Be Conducted at
Bennett County High School
On April 13th, students in 9th-12th grades will begin participating in the Our Youth, Our Future survey in cooperation with the Tri-Ethnic Center for Prevention Research at Colorado State University. The funding for the administration of the survey comes from a federal grant awarded to the Tri-Ethnic Center, which allows the survey to be conducted at no cost to the school. Participation in this survey is voluntary. Parents who wish to withdraw their child from participating may do so by contacting Principal Redden, at 605-685-6330 or Nick.Redden@k12.sd.us. In addition, a copy of the survey is available from the school office for parents who would like to review it. Bennett County High School believes that students’ participation in this survey will assist the school in planning, funding and evaluating drug and alcohol prevention programs.
Tomorrow's track meet in Kadoka has been canceled due to weather conditions.
Reminder that the BCHS Showcase is tonight from 6-7.
Monday April 11th, BCHS will have a Curriculum Show from 6-7 at the high school. This event will showcase student work from this year. Hope to see you there!
What a great day of Middle School track in Kadoka. Kids competed hard and showed off all their hard work over the past 3/4 weeks.
Coach Toczek missed some performances and apologies if anyone got left out on the list.

Update: Todd County's MS track meet scheduled for Monday, April 11th has been rescheduled to Monday May 2nd at 9 AM MT
The Bennett County Track meet scheduled for this Thursday the 7th has been cancelled as a result of forecasted weather.
The MS Track meet scheduled for tomorrow in Kadoka has been rescheduled for Saturday April 9th. We will be attending this track meet instead of Chadron's. The meet is set to start at 10 AM.
First track meet was a complete success for the BC Warriors as our small but mighty team had 8 place winners and 12 individuals recording PRs ( Personal Records).
If you can't attend Saturday's Bill Pistulka Invitational track & field meet the event will be webcast at www.LiveTicket.TV
It is officially time to kick off Spring Sports starting this Saturday.
