With the brand-new location of the BC Fitness Center, we have had numerous requests from community members to introduce them to the workout machines we have available. Mrs. Saxton, BC Weight Lifting / PE teacher, has created a schedule that will allow community members to come in and have a personalized introduction by students to each machine, they will show proper use, and the member could try it out right then. Individualized programs will not be given by the students or Mrs. Saxton.
You do not need to be a member of the Fitness Center to make an appointment for this event.
If you do have questions about membership, please contact the BC Business Office at 685-6112.
Hope to see you there.
